Note: All of the following below rules, if broken, result in either 1-2 Strikes. If you exceed 3 strikes, you are banned (you should know this from general rules) and there are times where you are immediately banned. Follow these rules, or you will find your time here is limited. Thank you.

1. Uchihas are the only ones that can learn the Chidori.

2. Ryuujin will be the mangekou giver

3. Uchiha Kaiysin will be the chidori sensei.

4. Astemeric will be the rasengan sensei

The following rules are made by Naruto : Twilight Chronicles

1) You must be pretty literate to RP here. Your grammar and spelling don't have to be absolutely perfect, but we would like to be able to read your posts without having to deal with a lot of spelling mistakes and grammar errors. If you are not sure if a couple of words in your post are spelled correctly, use the spell check button.

2) We require you to post a minimum of one hundred words per post. This is so RPs are of a good quality. If you only write a sentence or two it doesn't make it easy for another person to reply to. You can be a couple of words off of the limit, but, if you are fifty or more words below the limit, you will be warned. It's not extremely hard, just make sure to describe your characters surroundings, their expressions, their tone of voice etc.

3) Absolutely no powerplaying or god-modding. It's unfair if you control someone else's character. Not every move will hit and it would be pretty impossible for most ninja's to completely dodge every attack. If you are caught you will recieve a warning and if you continue, it can eventually result in a ban.

4) No excessive swearing. We don't need to act like sailors here so watch the cursing please.

5) If you need to write OOC (Out Of Character) in your post, please do so but either put it in double brackets or write 'OOC:' then your message. This is just so it doesn't get confused with your roleplaying.

6) Keep your posts PG-13. No elaborate sex scenes and no excessive amounts of gore. Remember, we may have younger members here.

7) No accepted profile, no RPing. Your profile must have recieved an 'Accepted' post from an administrator or moderator, for you to begin posting with your character.

8) Finally, absolutely NO "leet" speak or "Msn speak" within posts. This pertains to (i, y, r, u, wut, etc) anything that is not a regular word, and is used normally by someone typing correct english. Be clear, precise and correct with your roleplaying. Do not use any words that are not actually words, and make sure to double-check your work before posting.

Ugh, you idiots... The Mangekou is only obtained a special way, through killing your best friend at the Sharrigan level three stage; Hyuuga Ryuujin isn't gunna say, "Hey you've got it now." ME! OOC will give you the Mangekou if seen fit, so shuddup and deal with it. XP

lol. Good rules Meiko! But my advice is that if someone says a one or two liner, maybe lower than fifty words below 200, we give them a warning/break. Writer's block happens to all of us! ;)
